We stayed at the suite after I asked for an upgrade. It was such a gorgeous room! It was huge and bathroom was so clean and well stocked. Room even comes with a nespresso machine which was much needed at the time. We loved it so much, everyone was super helpful. The bed was very comfortable, we had to leave for the airport early morning otherwise I wish we could have been able to have the breakfast. The peek I got as I was leaving looked so good.

Bed was absolutely comfortable. I have hardly got any bed better than this. Pillows were very comfortable also. Room was of average size. AC was very effective in the Hot summer. Bathroom was clean. The staff cleaned the bathroom every day and changed towels and replenished the supplies.

It was a great stay and truly feels like a five star hotel. The staff are very nice and helpful and direct to action. I would always choose it when I go to Jeddah again.

There is a lot of things that made my stay here exceptional I liked the classic design of both rooms and the hotel itself and you don’t see that a lot the staff were amazing and pretty much helpful the breakfast Buffett is magnificent with a lot of options to choose from and the chef’s omelet is a must try lastly chocolate hour was a great addition to add our experience in this hotel

I liked the hotel's location. I also liked the fact that the hotel has parking. Room was good. If you're thinking of staying at this hotel, get at least the Deluxe room if you can, it's worth it.

Host Hannah was very supportive, I enjoyed a free upgrade she offered. Quick check in, very comfy bed and the view from the suite was cool.

Location is perfect for me as 10-12 mins from airport and 10 mins from our company plus I am a very loyal client to this brach as with you since opening & everything is perfect ( professional and well trained team, to hygiene, food ) and one thing cannot be skipped the quality control as continuously positive changes are there to develop the plave and people...love you all

The hotel style mixed new old fashion they have spent a-lot for it come out classic and sheik, Clean the breakfast was amazing i defienately recomed it with the room you wont regret top class chef . The staff were very help-full and nice . The only thing the air-con was a-bit cold for me wish they can cut it down by a fold
