Mövenpick Hotel City Star Jeddah

I was kindly upgraded to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff at the reception were welcoming and professional, and the overall hospitality was excellent. Everything from the room cleanliness to the ambiance of the hotel exceeded expectations.

We stayed at the suite after I asked for an upgrade. It was such a gorgeous room! It was huge and bathroom was so clean and well stocked. Room even comes with a nespresso machine which was much needed at the time. We loved it so much, everyone was super helpful. The bed was very comfortable, we had to leave for the airport early morning otherwise I wish we could have been able to have the breakfast. The peek I got as I was leaving looked so good.

It was a great stay and truly feels like a five star hotel. The staff are very nice and helpful and direct to action. I would always choose it when I go to Jeddah again.

The location is nearby the airport and the sightseeing such as Jeddah’s corniche. Also, the staff of the movenpick were welcoming and helpful. Totally would recommend this hotel and most definitely would rebook with the movenpick.

There is a lot of things that made my stay here exceptional I liked the classic design of both rooms and the hotel itself and you don’t see that a lot the staff were amazing and pretty much helpful the breakfast Buffett is magnificent with a lot of options to choose from and the chef’s omelet is a must try lastly chocolate hour was a great addition to add our experience in this hotel
